Finally, we came to some suggestions that would allow us to stay happier and healthier.

We began by looking into the various types of food we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise also makes us happier. There are many different exercises we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Finally, we talked about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. If we want to be healthy, we need to get enough sleep.
