We started off by looking at the different types of food that we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
