Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many activities that you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
